A skill is recorded against you after training, and you are only offered work that matches it. Nobody is sent to sit with a bereaved family because the roster was thin.

Your rate is agreed in the interview, in writing, before you take a single booking. What follows is how it behaves after that.
Every visit offered to you shows what it pays before you accept. You are never finding out afterwards, and a visit that runs long is paid for the time it actually ran, on the clock the app recorded.
Every service carries a higher rate between 10pm and 6am. An overnight shift is the hardest thing we ask for, and the premium has to be enough that you would take it a second time.
Short visits and journeys that end somewhere else are priced to cover the travel either side. You are not absorbing a trip home out of your own pocket.
A visit cancelled late is not a hole in your day that you carry. The policy is written down and it is the same for everyone.
Families are paying for the fact that you were checked. The same six stages apply to everybody, and you cannot be offered work until all six have passed.
An application, a conversation, and a reason to go further. Most do not get past this.

Aadhaar and PAN checked against the person in front of us, plus any qualification they claim.
Filed and returned. Not "applied for" — returned, and on file before they are bookable.
People in their own neighbourhood, called by us. The check that is hardest to fake.
