Draft of 22 October 2026 · AptroGo, India
AptroGo arranges visits by trained, verified companions — we call them Partners — to a person and address you nominate, at a time you choose. You are buying a visit by a specific kind of checked person for a stated length of time.
With you, the account holder. If you are booking for somebody else — a parent, a relative — you remain the customer: you pay, you receive the reports, and you confirm to us that you are entitled to arrange a visit on their behalf and to give us their details.
The person visited may refuse a visit at the door. If they do, the visit ends there, we will tell you, and the cancellation terms below apply as though you had cancelled on the day.
You may cancel in the app. What it costs depends on how close to the visit you cancel, and the schedule is shown to you at the moment you cancel rather than being something you have to look up here.
If we cancel — because a Partner falls ill, or because nobody suitable is available — you are not charged, and we will tell you as soon as we know rather than letting the hour pass.
What the service page describes, for the hours booked. Partners hold recorded skills and are only assigned work matching them.
Partners engage with AptroGo as independent providers of services unless we have agreed otherwise with them in writing. They set the hours they are available. This clause in particular is pending legal review and may change.
Calls between you and a Partner go through our systems so that neither side sees the other’s number. We keep a record that a call happened; we do not record the audio. See Privacy.
Tell us. There is an emergency line in the app that reaches a person rather than a queue, and a Partner has a button that does the same from their side. For anything less urgent, write to [email protected] and we will investigate against the records we keep of what actually happened — the clock, the location, the written account, and the audit log.
We are responsible for arranging the visit with reasonable care and skill, for checking Partners as described, and for assigning somebody suitably skilled. We do not accept liability for a medical outcome, for the acts of third parties, or for loss we could not reasonably have foreseen. Any cap on our liability will be stated here once it has been reviewed; until then nothing on this page limits a right you have under Indian law.
Indian law. The courts with jurisdiction will be named here on review.
We will tell account holders about material changes rather than silently editing this page.
